A Milimani law court has issued sermons to the former chief executive officer of Java and the current group chief executive officer of Bottomline company, Derrick Cornelius Van Houten, to appear in court and take a plea on April 2.

Milimani chief magistrate Lucas Onyina issued the sermons after the accused persons failed to appear in court on Tuesday over alleged that he is sick.
