Chief Justice Martha Koome and Samson Omwanza Ombati at Supreme court after the swearing in on Tuesday the 14th May 2024

Samson Omwanza Ombati has officially been sworn in as the law society of Kenya representative in the judicial service commission.

Speaking during the swearing in presided over by the president of the supreme court Martha Koome at the supreme court, Koome expressed confidence that the newly sworn in will help the commission to achieve his strategic plan and ensure justice is served equal.

Koome also added that, through the commission,the supreme court will look for the money that will see a new state of the the art facility is constructed.

On his part,Ombati who was elected to represent the lsk promised to work hand in hand with other commissioners and ensure justice is served equally.

Ombati added that his aim is to see a well transformed judiciary that will see Kenyan served equally irrespective of tribe or gender .

Ombati was elected by the the lawyers to represent them in them commission in the just concluded elections.

Others who were present were, Majority whip and Mugirango member of parliament Sylvanus Osore, Solicitor general Shadrack Mose, and  and senior counsel Danstan Omari among other lawyers.
